Day 1: October 20th: Your Body and Mind Work Together

How your thoughts affect your biology, your body, your breath, your brain.
How to deeply relax your body - making self-care accessible for daily use.

Experiential Meditation of the Day: The Joy Meditation™ - feel more goodness, more pleasure, and more happiness in your daily life by remembering you can choose it. Be guided in accessing and remembering the feelings of joy and love in your body. When you feel good, your body repairs, your blood pressure decreases, wonderful neurotransmitters are released, and you age more slowly.

Day 2: October 21st: Mind Becomes Matter: Everything is a Manifestation

Your body, nervous system, actions, and decisions are all a manifestation of your thoughts.
Yesterday, we cultivated feeling good through feeling joy.
On Day 2, we will look at the habitual thoughts that we are forming our lives from, and choose to be conscious about which ones we perpetuate and focus on
(in ways effective for neurodivergent people as well as neurotypical people)
Experiential Meditation: Autogenic Meditation: This is a meditation that uses key phrases (affirmations), vocal tone, and breathing to shift your physical, mental, and emotional state. Feel the power of your thoughts on your body and mind.
Integration Activities will focus on choosing thought forms and structures of wellness in our lives.

Day 3: October 22nd: Living and Creating From Your Soul

Your soul is speaking to you. Every time you don’t feel enthusiastic about something you don’t want to do. Your soul is calling you in another direction. Every time you feel elated, your soul is telling you you are on track and in alignment with your well-being. Many of us were conditioned to listen to societal and familial expectations, aka what you “think” you should do, versus listening to our hearts and souls. To the point where we shoved down and ignored our inner voices. Now, as adults, it is our pleasure to tune back in to our own knowing. When we create from our center, our soul, versus what we “think” we should do, or what “others” expect from us, we live a life in alignment with our inner beings. When we ignore our inner voice, we feel sadness, stress, despair, and more. The consequence of ignoring your soul is a life half lived.

Day 4: October 23rd:  Recognizing Emotional Response Patterns and Choosing New Ones

Our emotions are information. They tell us how we feel about something. If we like it, if we don’t. As children, many of us were taught to feel shame, guilt, fear, and more from well-meaning caregivers. Many of those patterns were tied to survival and are no longer effective for helping us thrive. It is our job as adults to recognize when a pattern is at play and choose a different option.
Today’s Integration Activity is to recognize the moralistic judgments we may have picked up along our paths (lazy, rude, bad), deprogram the emotional charge to them, and begin the repatterning of our responses to them.
Experiential Meditation: Emotional Recognition and Deprogramming Session: We will be observing your internal responses, unhooking old stories, and choosing new pathways.

DAY 5: October 24th:  Consistency, Stability, and Peace Through the Journey

Experiential Meditation: Cultivating peace through practice. Implementing structures and routine for stability to maintain your newfound practices.
