Transformation Task 1: Love Yourself First

You are the center of your universe. Not in a selfish way that causes damage to anyone else, but in a way that if your center is off, distorted, or in pain, it throws everything in your life out of balance. Start with you. You are the foundation.

Your first task is:

Write 10 things you love about yourself. They CANNOT pertain to another person - example “I love my kids” “I love that I am a good friend” - it is not about OTHER PEOPLE, and it is not about what you DO for other people. This is about YOU.

Some examples:

  1. I love how creative I am

  2. I love how I appreciate beauty in the little things and see beauty everywhere I go

  3. I love how funny I am

  4. I love how I feel in my body

Et cetera.

You CAN get to 10 - AND if you are struggling to, choose that it’s easy. What would you LOVE to love about you and LOVE to be true about you?

Simply by choosing it, it already is.

If you want to be an excellent comedian, start saying “I am an excellent comedian” - the rest of your thoughts and behaviors will naturally range around that.

Once you have your list, you can review it every morning for 21 days. Read it to yourself, out loud, or in your head. Bonus points for reading it out loud and getting very into it!

Task 2 will be up soon… Get going with task 1 and come back here for the rest of the 5 tasks.
