What you repeat gets reinforced in your mind, through your behaviors, and is seen in your results.
If you want to make changes in your external world, it begins with a thought, and idea, and is then followed by the actions of that idea.
If a person were to believe something isn’t possible for them, they will never take action steps towards it.
When we practice the thoughts, the actions become possible. Perhaps you only need to say something once an the reality shifts for you.
Perhaps you practice again and again until it becomes natural to you.
You are the product of your thoughts and actions. No longer the product of your environment, you now CHOOSE your environment, your connections, your choices carefully. You choose from alignment of who you desire to be, what you desire to be.
I created the Create Your Reality course for you to decide what you desire, see it written out, select the thoughts of that being, and cultivate the state. The actions all come naturally when you embody the energy of it.

I have been a manifestation coach, a book-writing coach, a spiritual guide, and more. Through The Joy Channel Podcast (f. 2019) I began educating about how to cultivate joy, self-love, and wellness in your life.
Not long after that, I became aware of my enthusiasm for poetry and songwriting. I have been performing as a poet and releasing poetry books since 2020. I released my first song in in 2024.
