Development Background
This system was developed through a combination of formal study in biology and psychology, research into mind–body interaction, personal observation and experimentation, and direct experience with how repeated internal states influence behavior, stress response, emotional regulation, and physical experience. The practices included were intentionally selected based on established principles in neuroscience, relaxation research, motor imagery, behavioral conditioning, and mind–body physiology.
